Not at all. We treat everyone from professional athletes to everyday clients who train, sit at a desk, work on their feet or carry stress and tension.
What should I book for my first session?
If you’re not sure, book a standard session and we’ll assess what’s going on, then focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference.
Does Sports Massage hurt?
It can be firm at times, but it should always be manageable. We work within your comfort level and adjust pressure to suit you.
Will I be sore afterwards?
Mild soreness can happen, especially after deeper work. Most people can train afterwards, but if you’ve got a big session or event coming up, we’ll tailor the treatment to suit.
How often should I get a Sports Massage?
